The Out With A Difference group has organised the following trips for September 2010:
Thursday, September 2 |
| Bribie Island - After morning tea we visit the Craft Centre and tour Island. Lunch at the Blue Pacific Hotel, Woorim. Walk beside the Pacific Ocean. |
Sunday, September 5 |
| Australian Outback Spectacular - with Heroes of the Light Brigade - lunch included. 12.30 pm matinee performance. Date to be confirmed. |
Wednesday, September 8 |
| Day cruise to Tangalooma Island Resort. Travel across Moreton Island to this island paradise on the Tangalooma Flyer from Pinkenba. Lunch is available from coffee shops and cafes on the island. |
Saturday, September 11 |
| Buderim Garden Festival - Spring Flower Show. Specialist plant growers, monster garden sale, workshops. Lunch locally. |
Wednesday, September 15 |
| The Michael Buble Experience - featuring Wayne Wiltshire - Caloundra RSL. Free coach, includes lunch. Minimum 40 passengers needed for this trip. |
Friday, September 17 |
| Toowoomba's World Famous Flower Festival.Discover the magic and colour of the Carnival of flowers in the beautifully presented parks and gardens. Buffet lunch at City Golf Club. |
Monday, September 20 |
| Brisbane Airport Tour - guided tour down Airport Drive. Learn about development plans. Visit the newly opened Visitors Centre. Lunch at nearby Club. In the afternoon, see how the road systems are developing and take a drive through the Clem7 Tunnel. |
Wednesday, September 22 |
| Touring Straddie and Whale Watching. Lunch at Seashells Restaurant, Amity Point. Perhaps take the Gorge Walk. An easy and relaxing day out. Time permitting, we will have a short stop at Brown Lake. |
Sunday, September 26 |
| Cruising Brisbane River & Moreton Bay to Bribie Island and return. We coach to Hamilton to board the MV Lady Brisbane to trace the steps of the historic and popular "Koopa". Morning tea and a BBQ lunch is served on board. |
Wednesday, September 29 |
| Country to Coast - morning tea and talk at Chilligham's Bush Tucker Farm. Lunch at Kngscliffe (NSW). |
